- Local transportation is provided on a SIC (Seat-in-Coach) basis, as per the finalized itinerary.
- The itinerary is fixed; however, it may be altered by the local operator due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Any additional costs arising from such changes must be paid locally.

Confirmation Policy:
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
- If preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent.
- Alternatively, the customer may cancel before confirmation and receive a full refund.
Cancellation Policy:

- 10 to 15 days: 75% + Non Refundable Component
- 15 to 30 days: 30% + Non Refundable Component
