- Diving sessions, equipment, or certification courses
- Spa treatments or wellness packages
- Personal expenses (laundry, minibar, room service, souvenirs, etc.)
- Early check-in / Late check-out charges, subject to availability
- Anything not clearly listed under “Package Inclusions”
Confirmation Policy:
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
- If preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent.
- Alternatively, the customer may cancel before confirmation and receive a full refund.
Cancellation Policy:
- 10 days: 100%
- 10 to 15 days: 75% + Non Refundable Component
- 15 to 30 days: 30% + Non Refundable Component
