- Extra diving sessions beyond the discounted first two dives
- Premium alcoholic beverages or special/private dining experiences
- Water sports activities not included in the complimentary offering
- Early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability & extra charges
- Anything not specifically mentioned under the package inclusions
Confirmation Policy:
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
- If preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent.
- Alternatively, the customer may cancel before confirmation and receive a full refund.
Cancellation Policy:
- 10 days: 100%
- 10 to 15 days: 75% + Non Refundable Component
- 15 to 30 days: 30% + Non Refundable Component
